Work closely with Quality Assurance staff and oversee internal audits. Supervise staff of three and provide training in CM processes, standards, and procedures. Provide customer support and travel to customer sites as needed. Developed programs that saved ABC millions of dollars. On call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Developed ABC's first configuration management programs. Recruited/hired staff, created policies and procedures, and developed benchmarks that are used worldwide.
Oversee 1,500 ECN implementation projects annually.
Support PMD Repair Shop by providing ECNs, drawings, schematics, components, repair and upgrade schedules.
