Configuration Control Director
Coordinate configuration management services for 400 customers at
9,000 sites. Maintain integrity of software deliveries, control software
libraries, and establish baselines. Work closely with Quality Assurance
staff and oversee internal audits. Supervise staff of three and provide
training in CM processes, standards, and procedures. Provide customer
support and travel to customer sites as needed. Developed programs
that saved ABC millions of dollars. On call, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
